BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Momjian graduated from the California State University in Northridge in 1985, with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. He received a Doctorate from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in 1989, at age 23. He then completed his Residency and concurrently acquired a Masters in Podiatric Medical Education at the Los Angeles County - University of Southern California Medical Center, at age 24. After practicing in the Los Angeles area for eight years, with four offices, Dr. Momjian moved to the Prescott, Arizona area with his wife, Tisha, to enjoy a more relaxed lifestyle. They now have two children, Nicholas age 3, and Alex age 1.
PRACTICE STYLE
Dr. Momjian has a relatively conservative style of practice. He feels conservative methods need to be tried before resorting to surgical intervention. Having practiced in the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles, Dr. Momjian has decided to restart his practice with a completely new focus. He is returning to a bygone era of medicine, doing house calls exclusively. This will be advantageous to the patients, avoiding the drive to an office, and the wait in a reception room. Dr. Momjian will also give each of his patients the personalized attention and time they need and deserve, at an affordable rate. Consultations will be provided at a location of the patient’s choosing, be it at home, work, nursing home, or at their doctor’s office (with the permission of their physician), anywhere in the Prescott tri-city area. He plans to work closely with his patients’ primary care physicians, honing their treatment plans to better suit their individual conditions.
MEDICARE
Dr. Momjian is a Medicare provider, and will make house calls for Medicare patients, accepting Medicare assignement.
EDUCATION
